Infrared Gas Analyzers
Infrared gas analyzers
The range of Fuji Electric multi-gas extractive analyzers consists of non-dispersive infrared gas analyzers.
A maximum of 5 gas components can be measured simultaneously and continuously :
- CO, CO2, NOx, SO2, CH4 et N2O by NDIR technology simple or double beam
- O2 with paramagnetic, zirconia or electrochemical technology
ZKJ : 5 components analyzer – NDIR dual beam technology
Measuring principle :
The amount of infrared ray absorbed in the measurement cell is detected with a mass flow sensor. The low impedance sensor has high noise immunity. The sensor with no movable parts has high resistance to vibration, and thus can be used semipermanently. Infrared ray absorption by measured gas component is converted into electric signals.
- Ideal for flue gas monitoring in incinerators and industrial furnaces
- Measures NO, SO2, CO, CO2, N2O, CH4, and O2
- High-response magnetic oxygen meter dispensing with auxiliary gas and unaffected by combustible gases
ZRE & ZP series
Measuring principle :
The amount of infrared ray absorbed in the measuring cells is detected with the mass flow sensor. The mass flow sensor, with low impedance, has excellent noise resistance, while the sensor, with no movable parts, is impervious to vibration and can be used on a semi-permanent basis.
ZRE : 5 COMPONENTS ANALYZER – NDIR SINGLE BEAM TECHNOLOGY
- Excellent prolonged stability
- Compact size and simple operation
- Virtually unaffected by the interference of moisture.
- Substantial functions, including automatic calibration, communications, and alarms (Option)
ZPA/ZPB/ZPG : NEW INFRARED CONTINUOUS GAS ANALYZERS – SINGLE BEAM NDIR ANALYZERS
- Unique measurement cell design reduces maintenance
- Atmospheric pressure compensation simplifies correction for atmospheric and altitude pressure variations
- Built-in paramagnetic or fuel cell oxygen sensor available
